  I'd like to have a board where forum members can introduce themselves.
  I have seen that at various other boards, and I think this is a good idea to get to know each other, and also, to start discussions.
  
  More speciffically, I'd like to know: What is your expectation of this forum? Why are you here? What is your background (e.g. networker/recruiter/coach/...) ?
  How do YOU define "High Potential" ? What kind of feelings/expectations do you connect with this term?
