  Pause - Before You React

  "Pause is the time lag between reaction and response during communication. It gives you the time to gain control over your emotions while framing the reply, may be few seconds and then deliver it.
  
  By doing so, you avoid to "React" which is based on emotions and come out with response , based on logic."
  
  
  I am absolutely sure that , "Pause" is an important factor, which teaches us to be tolerant ,allowing time to dig out the hidden fact and analyze it logically before shooting out response.
  
  Very few of us realize its importance and many a times, i have experienced the impact of reacting without pause and observed the same in some of friends life - how it changed, even the course of their professional life.
