HR Professionals
The aim of the Group is to create and hopefully develop, an international network of Professionals working within the HR Function, open to University Students too, in order to:
• share experiences and advises,
• cooperate on finding suitable solutions to common problems,
• anticipate the profession future,
• investigate the constant development of the HR profession,
• and, why not, formulate “good practice” codes.
Among the subejcts to face, the usual challenges our profession got used to face, on a daily basis, and those ones against which we better prepare in advance for properly face them in the future.
