  The Sky is Falling - Not! Creating Strong Leadership in Hard Times

  Headlines in today’s Financial Times summed up a volatile global economy- the first ATM machine to dispense gold in exchange for cash in Dubai, on the down side Greece’s debt crisis, falling consumer confidence in Thailand, and foreshadowing that the current rally of Asian markets may be affected by Europe’s debt woes.
  
  When the sky seems to be falling people want to put their confidence in leadership. With higher ethical expectations of leaders everywhere, being able to assess the ethical climate of your organization will tell you where attention is needed. - Joy Kosta
