Dear All,

Recently I am thinking about the influence to HR from complexity of organization. The simple example is as a HR head to manage 100 people or 1000 or 10000 people are totally different. Obviously the difference is the number of people. However, what is the key difference which will affect or drive your HR management? Hope to have your ideas.
