    To provide a wide range of PCA advisory services to a large portfolio of clients and managing all aspects of these engagements. To grow and develop the business unit by targeting new clients, developing new products/service offerings and building on existing client relationships. To mentor, train and grow teams.
    o Project managing multi discipline HR projects for clients throughout the Kingdom.
    o Overseeing and undertaking the development and evaluation of HR models and strategies with the capability to sensitize key inputs and assess outputs.
    o Drafting and reviewing information memoranda, bid documentation, issues papers and reports prepared for external consumption.
    o Develop relevant tools and processes to assist and improve compliance workflow.
    o Management of a client portfolio and liaison with overseas counterparts to ensure global service criteria are met.
    o Keeping up to date with changes to legislation disseminating information to the team and clients.
    o Ensuring that all engagements are compliant with firm risk management procedures.
    o Analyze problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and integrate information.
    o Providing leadership and direction to designated teams.
    o Mentoring and guiding junior employees.
    o Evaluating performance of team.
    o Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realize their full potential.
    o Keeping managers and partners up to date with the progress of engagements and team members.

    Requirements :

    • Human Resources or Change advisory experience for over 7 years
    • Significant HR advisory experience any of the following specialisms:
    o Talent Management (L&D)
    o Compensation & Benefits
    o Recruitment process development
    o Change Management
    o Organizational Design & Development.
    o Experience of working in the Middle East a significant advantage.
