Our analysis shows that the gaps between the Top Companies and the rest are often quite dramatic. 100% of all Top Companies for Leaders develop critical leadership capabilities at senior and top level as compared to only 62% of the other participating organisations.

    80% of European Top Companies compared to 55% of all other companies take strong efforts in establishing their leadership capabilities as a brand to use it as a competitive advantage to achieve better business results. 100% of Top Companies compared to 79% of all others have a strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility linked to Leadership.
