  Seeking Sales Agents for Global Business Magazine (3 month position with hire potential)

  On behalf of GC Style Magazine, and its managing company Global Crest Productions, I would like to make the following announcement.
  
  SEEKING FREELANCE SALES AGENTS:
  GC Style Magazine seeks talented freelance (or independent) sales agents to work on a 3-month assignment implementing sales and marketing of the magazine's subscription. As a freelance sales agent, you are working as a "non-employee", but will be considered for job openings in our sales division after the 3 month period. Sales agents will work with GC Style Magazine on a virtual basis, which means sales agents have the freedom to work from any location such as their homes. Sales agents will sell the magazine's subscription packages to businesses, young professionals, and organizations serving business students. Sales agents may start work as soon as September 2nd and can apply through September 30th.
  
  The freelance sales agents will attract new leads for new GC Style subscribers, sell GC Style Magazine subscriptions to new subscribers, and offer excellent customer relations skills (e.g., answering related questions by subscribers or potential subscribers).
  
  PAY:
  Sales agents will receive payment for their services by commission. Commission earned by a sales agent will range from 10% to 35% of the sales agent's individual subscription sales by the month. If a sales agent sells subscriptions that totaled $8,000 for the month, that sales agent will receive a percentage of that total as his or her commission. The size of the commission will depend on how many subscriptions are sold. You can request our commission pay scale, and we will send it to you through email prior to your applying for this position. Excellent customer service is required of all sales agents, and the top five sales agents who excel in customer will receive a bonus pay.
  
  
  WHAT WILL THE SALES AGENTS SELL:
  Subscription Packages: GC Style has three major subscription packages: GC Style Friend Subscriber, Business Choice Subscriber, and the Premium Choice Subscriber. All subscribers will receive a monthly GC Style Magazine that will be emailed to them in a full color, e-publication/digital print format. The Business Choice and Premium Choice are both under the GC Style Corporate Subscriber Package and they will receive extra benefits to include free business advertising. Corporate Subscriber Package are GC Style Magazine subscriptions for entrepreneurs, small business and medium business owners, and large corporations. The subscribers who purchase the Corporate Subscription receive free business advertising in the GC Style Magazine publication. The GC Style Friends subscriptions are for non-business owners and individuals. The desired target subscribers for the GC Style Friend Subscriber is the graduate business student or organizations and programs that serve university business students.
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  1 year experience in sales, preferably serving or selling to small, medium, or large businesses (Business to Business sales).
  
  Understanding and/or experience serving the young professional market (Generation X and Y ages 24 - 43).
  
  Ability to serve organizations that include a strong graduate business student population (e.g, colleges).
  
  Able to work from home. Must be very social media and computer savvy.
  
  Must have a computer and access to Skype and Facebook. Must be able to meet with GC Style editor-in-chief periodically for Skype conference calls (video and audio) to discuss updates and progress.
  
  Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
  
  Desirable Experience: Experience in magazine or publication sales. Understanding of the luxury market.
