  Agree with "There’s no more common management pitfall than to spend most of your time with the weaker people in your organization, leaving the strong to fend for themselves".
  
  As a footnote however, would like to note, that it may be very beneficial, to examine the root cause of why some staff are behaving under par. Basically it's important to determine whether it's an individual issue or a bad use of good manpower - after all, at some point, the employee in question *did* get hired.

  I took a good look at both sites.... of the two I think I preferred the second (http://www.aykya.com) which is an excellent resource that I'd happily recommend to any entrepreneur.
