  Qualified Foreign Buyers eligible for a Permanent US Visa
  (GREEN CARD)

  Now any qualified foreign buyer
  - who invests a minimum of $1,000,000
  - to build a custom home or remodel an existing home or condo
  - in Florida
  in Lee County (Cape Coral, Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs)
  or Collier County (Naples, Marco Island)
  will qualify to receive a Permanent US Residence Visa
  - for husband,
  - wife
  - and all their children under the age of 21.
  
  Requirements:
  ============
  - Approval by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a qualified investor.
  - Purchase or already own any lot, home or condo to improve.
  - Sign a construction or remodel contract for a minimum of USD $1 Million.
