    Dear Entrepreneurs, Business and Professionals in United States..

    I just want to touch base with all the IEC Members from North America and region as currently my schedule is keeping me anchored in NYC and NJ until December 2008.

    One of my major reasons for visit is to commit business relationships and network with interested entrepreneurs and business men. As you are on one of the most dynamic business networks on Xing, this would be a great opportunity for us to meet or simply discover the synergies. Most of you know about me and I would like to outline the resources that come with this simple visit, who knows what can happen out of a discussion!

    a. I am an Investment Banker, interested in funding projects in the range of $50m and above. The client needs to have minimum $10m in liquid cash with them as pre-qualification. My company has not been affected by the US/European slowdown and we have the fastest turn around time compared to any investment banking firms.

    b. I am a professional business networker, with contacts running into 3000+ on all levels and business/professional spheres.

    c. I represent some of the large Indian and Asian business houses, banks and investors. If you have interest in Indian sub-continent, I can be of great help to give you the initial foray into the fastest growing economies in the World.

    d. I am interested in forming a 50-50 Joint Venture with interested Investors in United States who can bring in minimum $10-15 million in Equity. SDN would like to infuse about $50-75 million in the first year itself, targeting business sectors for acquisitions, commercial lending or real estate. No Kidding.. Its still 50-50 JV where the investor-partner from US brings in very little.

    e. Am interested in co-partnering for large projects in Real Estate, High Rise construction or townships. SDN can pump in the money required with little effort by me.

    f. As an initiative to give back to the society, IEC has partnered with several B-Schools in India to start courses on Entrepreneurship, VC Investing and Start-up Financing. With our first B-School being "Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resource Development" which is India's Top-5 Rated Business School and MBA Institution. Anyone interested, Universities or even Professionals who wish to share and learn from the Indian students or merely get the experience can contact me!
