  New Platform for IFAs

  We have the following funds due to launch shortly on the new cisplatform:
  
  
  
  In addition we are structuring various other funds on the platform for todays markets and clients diversity the details of which are below:
  
  
  
  A Student accommodation Fund – managed by Crosslane Investments. This is purchasing large student accommodation blocks in prime UK university cities typically let to the Universities themselves and taking advantage of the low purchase prices due to funds like UNITE having to sell its trophy assets. Targeted IRR of 12 – 14% per annum.
  
  
  
  A property fund investing in a diversified portfolio of commercial office, industrial, warehouse and mixed use sites with 4A1 and 5A1 Tenants. The assets are selected due to the yields, the covenants, the locations, the current low purchase prices and potential to enhance value. The asset manger is bringing £7 million of investor funds to the launch.
  
  
  A secured credit fund producing a regular income from investing in secured loans and receiving interest. Capital is secured via a 1st legal charge on UK commercial property assets and capital gains may also be obtained via sale of loan assets at a loan sale premium.
  
  
  A commercial property fund investing in Institutional grade UK commercial property with 5A1 tenants. This will be managed by a global asset manager who has purchased over €1 billion of commercial property in the last 2 years and currently manages this portfolio.
  
  
  
  A 5% introducers commission is payable on all funds rebates are available..
