    iPad and Co. at the Media Port, interesting Pre-Expo Study Tours
    The business programme at Media Port offers added value to your
    trade show visit. One of the key topics is:

    e-Reading and Tablet Opportunities

    Now that the Apple iPad and other tablets have hit the market,
    it is time to take stock: What works? What needs to be improved?
    Meet the responsible drivers and technology suppliers.
    The session (Monday, 4 October, 14.00 h) will be moderated by
    Dr. Kristina Sabelström Möller, Senior Research Manager,
    Emerging Digital Platforms, WAN-IFRA.
    Following Dr. Kristina Sableström Möller's introduction, you will hear reports
    of the iPad in practical application. Among others, Martin Kohls from dpa discusses
    how, out of existing systems, innovative formats for pads can be developed.

    Media Port is sponsored by vjoon (http://www.vjoon.com). All sessions are translated
    simultaneously (English, German). Attendance is free for IFRA Expo visitors,
    so no need to register separately. You’ll find the programme brochure on our website
    for downloading (http://www.ifraexpo.com).

    Why don’t you combine your trade show visit with a study tour
    leading up to the event? WAN-IFRA study tours take you to the most
    innovative publishing houses in the industry – an up-close, ideal opportunity
    to network with your peers!

    In the run-up to IFRA Expo, we offer:

    => Successful System Implementations
    (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 27 September to 1 October)
    => Latest Trends in Printing
    (Vienna, Linz, Augsburg, Würzburg, Hamburg, 27 Sept. to 2 Oct.).

    The registration fee for study tours includes the season ticket for IFRA Expo.

    We look forward to seeing you in Hamburg!
