  Looking for: Marketing Manager (m/f) (REF: CXX494) in Hamburg

  Our client is a global leader in the healthcare market producing world-class branded products that offer high quality solutions for caregivers and patients. With production facilities in Germany, France, the UK, Mexico, Pakistan, South Africa and the U.S and operating worldwide via affiliates, joint ventures and distribution agents, our client employs worldwide approximately 3,600 people. For its headquarter in Hamburg we are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager (f/m) If you would like to contribute your professional experience and commercial and creative drive to an innovative firm and take part in the international growth of one of the world’s leading medical device companies, this is your opportunity. The right candidate will be leading a team of experienced professionals and will report directly to the Vice President Global Marketing.
   
    Functions:
  - Key responsibilities:
  - Develop a clear international marketing strategy and communications plans for the assigned product line
  - Lead and co-ordinate all marketing activities, policies and procedures within the department
  - Responsibility for and management of the annual marketing and advertising budget for the specific product line
  - Develop awareness of market trends and competitor activity within the industry
  - Lead and develop the product team (4 direct reports)
   
  Requirements:
  - University degree in marketing or communication or equivalent
  - A solid relevant working experience and professional track record in a marketing function. (preferably in a medical devices or pharma background)
  - Structure driven, ambitious person with excellent communication skills
  - Preferable international background, experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  - Strong team leading and people coaching skills in an international working environment
  - Fluent in English and one more language (preferably French and/or German)
