    Opportunity for DACH Customer Marketing Manager (m/f) in Albstadt!
    Honeywell Security Group (HSG) is a strategic business unit in Automation and Control Solutions (ACS). HSG is a leading innovator, manufacturer and supplier of electronic security technology protecting millions of homes, businesses and government facilities across the globe. Products include burglar and fire alarms, access control and video surveillance systems. HSG serves customers worldwide from more than 120 offices in over 40 countries and its distribution business, ADI, has more than 200 branch locations.

    For our Honeywell Security Group business located in Albstadt we are looking for:

    DACH Customer Marketing Manager (m/f)

    The role will be responsible for Leading the HSGP Customer Marketing Function for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

    Your tasks will be:

    • Lead HSGP Programs
    - Work with Program Manager to define and implement relevant HSGP Programs for the Region.
    - Organize program roll outs across the Region
    - Identify & implement relevant new programs
    - Ensure each program is properly implemented
    - Co-ordinate with HIS Program Manager to implement HIS Partner initiatives in the Region
    - Monitor & report programs activity & results for the Region.

    • Lead Product Launches
    - Define annual launch plan for the Region in cooperation with operational marketing & marcom
    - Implement the HSGP EMEA launch process.
    - Organize detailed launch activities for each NPI in cooperation with operational marketing, sales
    support, sales & marcom.
    - Organize detailed relaunch activities for products as required in cooperation with operational
    marketing, distribution channel leader, sales support, sales & marcom.
    - Monitor & report on product launch activity & performance.

    • Market Analysis
    - Work with Strategic Marketing Manager to organize market information collection for the Region.
    - Publish annual market analysis report for the Region prior to STRAP process start.
    - Provide support to Strategic Marketing Manager for STRAP.
    - Run continuous VOC programs to provide relevant understanding of the market players needs.

    • Pricing :
    - Coordinate with Pricing Manager to implement proper pricing strategy in the Region
    - Provide local pricing information to Pricing manager & Operational Marketing Managers
    - Local implementation of pricing strategy
    - Publish & maintain HSGP Regional price list;
    • Product Marketing
    - Support Operational marketing team by providing VOC data for NPI project (Market needs analysis,
    concept validation, Prototype validation).

    • Regulatories & Lobbying
    - Coordinate with Corporate Relations Manager to provide proper local information & support :
    - Information on regional legislation & regulations impacting our business
    - Presence in local trade associations.


    Experience/Education Required/Sought:

    • Marketing degree (ideally)
    • Excellent experience of customer marketing in a multinational environment
    • Knowledge of security industry
    • Team management / coaching experience
    • 6 sigma Green Belt (ideally)
    • Fluent English and German - Mandatory
    • French would be an additional asset

    knowledge quickly.
    - Good working knowledge of core processes in sales & marketing, product launches, programs,
    pricing

    - Can play a neutral or objective role in the consensus process.
    - Can foster group decisions through a process of listening and guidance
    - Brings accountability and feedback in a non-judgmental manner
