    Aufgaben
    Your responsibilities:
    - Provide strategic direction for the product, social marketing, and community management
    - Define quarterly sales strategy and plan promotions to maximize virtual goods revenue
    - Establish partnerships and negotiate deals with local marketing partners
    - Lead a 3-5 person team of customer support specialists
    - Manage cross-functional project teams to drive growth and profitability
    - Manage the customer facing website, online shop and community properties
    - Cooperate with internal engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools
    - Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance, incl. conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value
    - Manage game content and development roadmap, oversee translations and QA
    - Define requirements and manage relationship with external development partners
    - Monitor competitive landscape, industry web sites, and surveys
    - Tirelessly promote and champion your product in a high growth environment

    Profil
    Your qualifications:
    - University degree - Diploma / Master´s preferred
    - 2 years of working experience, preferably in online or gaming industry
    - High level of initiative and results orientation, ability to work independently, and strong sense of ownership
    - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    - Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently
    - Experience in consulting, product management, or strategic marketing a plus
    - Fluency and literacy in English as well as in Turkish
    - Knowledge of gaming industry/ social games and/ or MMOs beneficial
    - Passion for working in a start-up environment within a performance-driven company
