Being an independent, self employed HR professional can be challenging and lonely at times. However, with this group hopefully we will help to reduce some of the challenges by encouraging you to share and find out how others work as consultants.

The HR function is very important for companies and individuals alike. Sometimes, our function is not recognised or rewarded enough. Together through this group we can help to improve the profile of the function and help support each other as we seek to help employers and employees make the most out of their relationship and hence contribute to the overall success of our clients.
We welcome anyone who is in the HR profession, working as an independent consultant or as an employee in the HR function.
