  Ladies and Gentlemen,
  
  let me briefly introduce myself:
  
  Since more than 10 years I provide legal advice to both providers and users in all fields of information technology law, new media law and all related practice areas. My expertise ranges from legal structuring and assistance in IT projects such as system integration and outsourcing to legal counselling as regards the conception, design, marketing, provision and use of cloud services and other current IT and telecommunication services.
  
  In internet law, I focus on assisting providers in the development and implementation of business models, products and services for the e- and m-business, which also comprises the drafting of general conditions of business or use. Any related issues referring to telecommunication law are also covered to ensure integral legal counseling.
  
  Further key practice areas are data privacy and IT compliance.
