    Ein ereignisreiches und aufregendes Jahr liegt seit der Gründung von Indescon im Juli 2008 hinter uns. Das einjährige Jubiläum möchten wir am 13. Juli 2009 in Verbindung mit der "Indien Woche" in Stuttgart feiern.

    Bei dieser Gelegenheit wird auch unsere Jahresmitgliederversammlung stattfinden. Neben dem Finanzbericht durch den Kassenwart wird es einen Rückblick auf das vergangene Jahr und eine Vorschau auf das kommende Jahr geben.

    Sie werden vielfältig Gelegenheit haben, mit in Indien tätigen IT-Unternehmen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Die Veranstaltung ist kostenlos. Das Programm gestaltet sich wie folgt:

    18.30 - 18.45: Begrüßung durch den Vorsitzenden des Vorstands,
    18.45 - 19.00: Feststellung der ordnungsgemäßen Einberufung und der Beschlussfähigkeit der Mitgliederversammlung,
    19:00 - 19.15: Entgegennahme des Jahresberichts für das abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr durch Vorstand,
    19.15 - 19.30: Wahl des Kassenprüfers (oder Bestätigung falls zuvor im Umlaufverfahren gewählt),
    18.20 - 19.30: Bericht des Kassenprüfers,
    19.30 - 19.45: Entlastung des Vorstands,
    19.45 - 20.00: Anträge zur Tagesordnung,
    ab 20.00 : Verschiedenes.

    With an exciting and eventful year behind us, since incorporation in July 2008, Indescon will be celebrating it's 1 year anniversary on 13th July, 2009, during the "Indien Woche" in Stuttgart.

    On this occasion, the network will also be holding our formal Annual General Meeting (Jahresmitgliederversamlung). We will be reviewing the year past and the year ahead. Additionally the group treasurer will be reviewing finances of the network.

    There will be plenty of opportunity to network with IT companies with activities with India. The event is FREE of cost. The full program of the event is as follows:

    18.30 - 18.45: Welcome by Chairman of the Management Board and announcement of Agenda
    18.45 - 19.00: Confirmation of the convening in due form and call for quorum
    19:00 - 19.15: Acceptance of the annual report for the preceding business year by the management board
    19.15 - 19.30: Election of the cash auditor (or affirmation if elected before via electronic circulation procedure)
    19.30 - 19.45: Report of the cash auditor
    19.45 - 20.00: Requests concerning the agenda
    20.00 onward: Other, Member Discussions, and Open Networking
