    We are looking for Expert for RF power amplifier development (m/f) for our telecommunication client in Stuttgart with the below requested skills and for the following tasks:

    Tasks:
    • PA in 2,6GHz; AWS Band
    • HW design and development
    • PA Test and debugging
    • RF optimizing
    • Test bench creating
    • Specification and test results reporting
    • Reproduction for small pre-series

    Skills:
    • Experienced in Wireless RF standards (LTE, WCDMA)
    • Experienced in Power Amplifier development: design, layout / test and debugging / validation and optimisation
    • Experienced in Power Amplifier technology: power class up 10W / Doherty design / Frequency range up to 4GHz
    • Experienced in RF measurement technique
    • Basic Knowledge of clipping, Digital pre-distortion techniques
    • Autonomous, proactive, solution oriented approach
    • Quick adjustment to a new job in complex systems
    • Experienced handling of Matlab / Simulink/ ADS

    The start will be as soon as possible for a project-related employment at Harvey Nash or a freelance position in Stuttgart.
