    The Indo-German Business Forum – A Platform for Expanding Economic Relations

    The event offers a forum for decision-makers from politics and economics to discuss opportunities and factors for success of the German-Indian cooperation in the economic sector. Lecturers with pertinent experience provide hands-on know-how for commercial activities in India and Germany respectively. As the Businessforum addresses both German and Indian companies the immediate exchange between German and Indian companies and the inition of cooperation or business connections is possible. In the coming year approximately 300 guests are expected to attend the event.

    The Lectures

    Core of the Businessforum are lectures and workshops in which lecturers from the economic sector with experience concerning India analyse factors for success and experience. Above all participants notably benefit

    • from an outline of current market trends
    • from insight into current legal and political developments
    • from practical tips and background knowledge
    • from expansion of personal network

    NEW! Compilation of professional articles brought to market

    The lecturers and sponsors have the opportunity to compose a professional article covering their workshop or lecture topic (up to 2 DIN A4 pages). All those invited will recieve these articles in the form of a brochure, which on the one hand introduces relevant topics and the implied challenges and on the other hand gives an illustrated insight into the programme of the event.

    The Participants

    The event is centered around decision makers and opinion leaders in economics and politics from India,
    such as entrepeneurs who are already financially active in India or those who plan to be in the future. The
    target audience includes board members, managing directors of various entrepeneurial sectors: accounting
    and merger development, M & A, marketing, logistics, sales, rights and personnel.

    The Location

    Baden-Württemberg’s capital is increasing playing a larger role in the world. With ist globally oriented research and business structure and its internationally-oriented population, as well as the numerous diplomatic agencies, Stuttgart has the best conditions for it to play a decisive role in an elite group of European metropolitian regions The Swabian metropole is also increasingly coming into focus for entrepeneurs from India. Not only due to the interest of the Indian media in the film festival, but also because of the outstanding general agreements, which the Indian Business Center offers for Indian entrepeneurs wishing to found a company in the region of Stuttgart. Developing from this is this establishment, made possible through an intiative by the city of Stuttgart, as well as from the Honarary Consulate to India in Baden-Württemberg and Rheinland-Palatinate.
