    "Die Deutsche Bank plant einem Zeitungsbericht zufolge zusammen mit der US-Investmentbank Lehman Brothers einen Einstieg bei dem indischen Immobilienunternehmen Unitech.

    Die Gespräche über eine Minderheitsbeteiligung im Wert von etwa 500 Mio. US-Dollar seien fortgeschritten, berichtete die indische Zeitung "Economic Times" unter Berufung auf nicht näher benannte Quellen. Die Verhandlungen können demnach innerhalb der nächsten drei Wochen zu einem Vertragsabschluss führen. Unitech habe eine Stellungnahme abgelehnt. "

    Welcome to India :))

    That's good news to people who already own properties and bad for those that are looking to invest in near future. The prices are likely to go higher if other banks/investors from Germany/Europe start putting money into the property market followed by DB. Not sure what the long-term effect will be, because word is that property prices are already too inflated.
