    Dear Colleagues,

    KBR Australia, ICP Germany and our company have been short listed for the above mentioned tender of KfW.

    We invite Indonesian national experts to apply with their CV and availability statement for following positions:

    SWM experts 3 persons, which would make 3-4 cities each (present SWM-system incl. dump site assessment; existing assets and their evaluation; etc.).
    Institutional/financial experts: 2 persons. Institutional set-up; personnel qualification; GDP development; mayor industries/employers and their waste generation; City/SWM budgets; SWM unit balance sheet; etc.
    Urban planner/social expert: 3 persons. Population forecasts; collect maps; diversify the urban population in different income groups and city quarters; interviews with SWM users; assessment of informal SWM systems; etc.
    Geotechnical engineer: 1 person. Check of the proposed landfill sites. (He should have some hydro-geological skills)
    Environmental/CDM expert: 1 person. Initial environmental check of the landfill site; identification of general CDM possibilities in the city.

    Key positions for the concept development:

    SWM experts: 2 persons
    Institutional: 1 person
    Civil Engineer: 2 persons. (conceptual design of the landfill and other facilities)
    Draftsmen: 2 persons
    Cost Estimator: 1 person collection of unit prices for equipment and construction works

    Key positions for the feasibility:
    Institutional/financial: 1 person
    Civil Engineer: 2 persons. (conceptual design of the landfill and other facilities)
    Draftsmen: 2 persons
    Geotechnical engineer: 1 person.
    SWM expert: 1 persons

    Experience in SWM an advantage for all positions.
