    - Diaper / Sanitary BU Head (Based in Jakarta, Indonesia) -
    Role Summary:
    Regarding Asia Pulp & Paper now is expanding business aggressively in global market. We are looking for potential sales professionals with extensive experience in baby care industry to enhance our Diaper & Sanitary products business, which is a new BU of APP.

    Title: Diaper / Sanitary BU Head (Based in Jakarta, Indonesia)

    Responsibilities:
    - Execute the effective category strategies for diaper / Sanitary products and manage sales in the designated area;
    - Prepare sales plans and budget for the relevant Applications and Areas;
    - Work with the Sales Head to develop, implement and follow up the strategic sales plan for the area;
    - Actively work with increasing sales within present segments as well as develop sales within new segments;
    - Demonstrate clear leadership to the sales team across the region;
    - Provide training to sales people to ensure a clear understanding of the value of the product and how to communicate that value to channels and customers;
    - Meet sales performance targets (consistent with corporate growth expectations), monitored through the year and updated on an annual basis.

    Requirements:
    - At least 8 years of experience in multinational Consumer Goods companies with extensive experience in sales and products management in INDONESIA, especially Diaper / Sanitary or baby care related products will be a big plus.
    - Good at sales channel development management and trading expenses control.
    - Good team leader player and computer skill, strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills, a professional manner,
    - With in depth understanding on operational aspects of sales management such as Sales team management, training, controlling and motivation;
    - Ability to work effectively across organizations and cross culturally.
