Title: Sr. Consumer Head (Based in Jakarta, Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with shareholder of APP Group to develop, plan and manage the implementation of effective business strategies for all branded tissue products in line with overall strategy and company expectations.
- Lead the entire consumer product BUs, including Tissue and Non-Tissue products.
- With good understanding of consumer industry and business prospects, responsible for the over-all management of global consumer BUs, including but not limited to: sales & marketing, financial and budgeting controlling, human resource management and development in global market.
- Business strategy planning and implementation, have a clear road map of setting up new business construction, business expanding strategy, and achieve the group goal
- The successor will have more exposure of strategical planning and decision making.
Requirements:
- 15+ years working experiences with consumer industry, and at least 4 years experiences of commercial exposure. Experiences in MNC company with home care or food & Beverage related products will be a big plus
- Experienced in multi business units & brand products management will be preferred.
- A broad understanding of all areas of management, including knowledge of finance, marketing and communication, strategic planning, human resources, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of sales processes, cycles and reporting methods
- Experiences of merge and acquisition is a plus
- Organized and systematic time management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and planning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
