Staying in Indonesia for 6 months
To get to know the land and the people of Indonesia, the daily life and culture, I´m probably leaving Cologne/Germany towards Indonesia in the middle of October. That`s why I´m looking for a job that would give me the possibility of collecting impressions during my stay. I was not thinking about any job in special, but it would be great to be working with wood or maybe something alike, since this is what I learned. The last 5 years I´ve been working as a joiner for an international art-shipping company, which specializes me in building furnished crates and packing pieces of art and other kinds of fragile objects. Another part of my work was also constructing and building the interior of some of our storage rooms, the storage in our warehouses and as a driver. It would be great to have a place to stay connected to the workplace, maybe on the seaside, but it´s not a must. I´m very thankful for any kind of support for my plans and for any hint that could help me get a good start on the islands.
