Hello from the US - Introduction of myself and my company to the group.
Hello and thank you for giving me and my company an opportunity to introduce ourselves to you!

We are INTERNATIONAL REALTY PLUS-GLOBAL, INC. (IRPG). My name is Marie-Josee Garceau. I am the President and CEO for the company.

We are re-branding and globalizing International Realty Plus as International Realty Plus - Global, Inc., in a way to be responsive to the ongoing changes in the real estate industry today by anticipating proactively, the needs of the future in the IT and franchise areas. We are planning to implement our presence in the GCC countries, India, Brazil, Panama, China and Egypt. We believe networking is a great way to find entrepreneurs who will embrace our innovative ideas and strong determination for achievement and progress in our anticipated growth abroad.

IRPG will do 90% of its business outside of the U. S. in now existing emerging markets, like New Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai – in India, Dubai and Saudi Arabia in UAE and eventually, in Egypt, China, Brazil, Panama and South Africa. These areas are looking for franchise systems that offer the franchisees plenty of tools and support to sell real estate. Also, at IRPG, we will develop each ‘individual’ into an entrepreneur with our customized Success Coaching System. We do not believe that we should just sell franchise systems. We believe that we should provide the tools for the people in our system to become leaders, and we will provide these tools.

IRPG recognizes that the globe is shrinking. Our website portal will conduct real estate marketing, transactions, and searches across the globe in several languages. Our portal will aim to be among the top international real estate portals in the world. With customers looking for real estate in multiple countries, and transacting that business at our portal with all proper information and documentation about local and national laws adapted to every country and culture.

In conclusion, IRPG is an international company, soon to become publicly traded; with a rich content franchise system modeled to become an international real estate web portal for transactions and searches.
