  It is a real pleasure to finally get around to say hi after joining the group a month ago and introduce myself and our company. My partner, a swiss national and myself, French national from new caledonia have recently opened a new company in Indonesia. Global Asset Solution is a company providing the services of qualified and registered Hotel Asset Manager and Hotel Consultants (worked in many reputable International companies) in all areas of the said business. The company is specialising in Hotel Asset Management, Hotel Consulting Services, Residential Planning, Development Services, Hospitality Executive Search, Hotel Brokerage, Food & Beverage Consulting, Shared Ownership Services, Hotel Opening Support, Hotel Takeover Assistance, Hotel Crisis Management, Hotel Financial Projections, Incremental Revenue Review, High and Best Use, Hotel Portefolio Management, Hotel Operational Review, Hotel Acquisition, Hotel Development, Hotel Centralized Accounting Services, Hotel Feasibility Study, Hotel Valuation, Hotel Management Contract Negotiation, Operator selection.
