    Available Investment Opportunities in Sustainable Timber Plantations
    We have two options on excellent locations for timber plantations in Bali.

    We are now looking for partners to jointly develop this opportunity.

    The mixed plantations will be for Teak and Paulownia timber together with other plants to maintain biodiversity but at the same time ensure the expected yields and managed in an environmental and socially sustainable way.

    Our focus is on smaller plantations were we will not have impact on existing agriculture land and land that is offered for sale due to the owners not being interested in utilizing the land further or lacking the understanding and knowledge to do so.

    We have a team of experts for timber plantation establishment and we also have a pool of consultants with excellent track records to ensure quality implementation and management for successful timber plantations.

    There are many investment schemes available for timber investment, but most are not sharing the full ownership structure and returns possible.

    We are offering a straight forward joint venture including land ownership for further joint development towards an integrated agritourism research institute and for expansion of the model throughout Indonesia.

    We are now seeking long term investment partners for the amount of USD 500,000 with ROI of 25-30% annually over a 26 year investment cycle. Initial capital can be returned after Year 11, but higher yields and returns can be achieved if harvests are done gradually. The joint venture split will be 70% for investors and 30% for our group as project developer.

    As part of the package investors are entitled to land ownership via a nominee of their choice (if they are not Indonesian nationals) under their name, legal costs for the changes in land ownership are the responsibility of the investors.

    In addition all investors will enter into a shareholding structure under an Indonesian registered Limited Company with their respective nominee.

    As we are currently having an option on the two land plots, which are offered at 60% under market price we are looking at investors to state their interest by the 30th of September 2010 and we can than send you the calculations and detailed information and our references.
