The importance that occurs to the Organizacional Development derives that the human resource is decisive for the success or failure of any organization.
Consequently its handling is key for the enterprise and organizacional success in general, beginning for adapting the structure of the organization (organizational chart), following by an efficient conduction of the work groups (equipment and leadership) and developing human relations that allow to prevent the conflicts and to solve them fast and opportunely when it has indications of his appearance.
Specifically the Organizacional Development will approach, among other many, problems of communication, conflicts between groups, questions of direction and headquarters, questions of identification and destiny of the company or institution, like satisfying the requirements with the personnel or questions of organizacional efficiency. This educative strategy looks for to use the effects of the action through the feedback the one that will be constituted in the base for the planned action later.
Nevertheless, it is necessary to remember that the only form to change the organizations is through changing its "culture", that is to say, to change the systems of life, of beliefs of values and accepted forms of relations between the people. Besides to obtain that the people become aware property, of being indeed members of the institution.
