I have 3 new employees that I am getting up to speed and am investing a lot of effort into developing shared workflows and business processes. After 13 years of professional Internet marketing activity, my established lists, documents and resources enable me to be highly productive and achieve extremely competitive results but I need to convert these into a form that is more manageable in a distributed system in order to maximize their productivity.

What kinds of documents and lists have you developed or do you use to work on your various SEO tasks, Social Media campaigns or other marketing activities ?

What's in your toolbox ? Do you use any particular software/utilities to share and distribute your marketing tasks or to automate repetitive workflows ?

How do you share and track progress between team members that are jointly working on the same client projects ?
