Ladies and gentlemen,
I just finished my Bachelor`s degree in Cultural Communication and Management (1,6), after having written my thesis for Daimler AG in Berlin. My thesis dealt with the use of leadership trainings basing on the questionning of several leaders who have all been to one special training of Daimler.

I see myself as trainer and coach focusing on HR questions in the future. But before I would like to gain more international working experience in the field of HR. I have been to New York City for an internship in marketing, business and sales administrations for Macmillan US last year. In English and German I am fluent, I additionally offer compassion, openness, flexibility, hunger for learning as much as possible about HR topics and knowledge in communications, organizational psychology, change and project management.
