Investments in Real Estate in the US today
Dear Friends,

We are all well aware of the current economic situation in the US, so there is no need to expand.
What is important to know is that today, more than ever in the past 30 years, there are incredible opportunities to invest in Real Estate in the US, with guaranteed returns of 8-9% or better.

Banks today are "stuck" with millions of properties, and hardly any buyers (except for savvy investors).

I have been investing in Real Estate during the pat year, with profits as high as 16% !!! a year. This is my current return, not including revaluation of the properties once the market changes and the properties are sold at least 20% higher than the initial investment.
