  Why invest in the US ?

  This question is probably the most fundamental one, mostly since, in the last ten years or so, we have heard so much about investments in emerging markets (Eastern Europe, Latin America, the far East, etc).
  
  The reasons for investing in the US, in my opinion, are both basic and compelling:
  - STABILITY - No big ups and downs as far as the economy is concerned.
  - INFORMATION - You can access all the information needed in order to make a decision, including costs, expected income, past performance of the business, etc.
  - INVESTMENT MONEY - A very large pool of lenders is already in place in order to help with you r financial needs.
  - MANAGEMENT - You can always decide to manage your own business or easily find a professional manager (be it a person or a Management Company) to run your business.
