    Introducing Myself and IBX Circle
    Hello! I'm excited about joining this network and meeting others interested in making business connections. I am also looking forward to sharing tips, ideas, and concerns in these difficult times.

    As a land investment consultant, broker and owner of IBX Circle, I've found more and more people are looking for alternative investments. Most recently, I've found that people are contacting me with questions about their 401K/IRA's with an interest in using them to purchase land for various reasons including investment, second home, vacation home and permanent residence. Because this is new territory for so many, the concerns and questions about land purchasing are great.

    What I would like to offer are several things:

    For those interested in purchasing land for the first time, I offer one on one consulting free of charge. If you would like to contact me I would be happy to help you learn the lingo and understand your options.

    For those who know their way around land purchasing, I have an extensive listing of water front, water access, and water view properties available throughout the Inner Banks of North Carolina.

    For professional realtors who have clients interested in land purchasing we pay a broker referral fee. Rest assured we will take very good care of those people you refer to us. I am very interested in expanding my network so please contact me is you would like to discuss opportunities that would be mutually beneficial.
