    New opportunities and potential of development. Newest generation of Russian nuclear technologies
    Hello from Russia. My name is Alexander Ivanov. I’m a businessman and work in sphere of promotion of high technologies. Russia makes not only the best weapon. Russia is one of leaders in the field of high technologies. Now We invite strategic investor (partner) for realization of the project about organization of the first in the south of Russia (Volgograd region) private radiating manufacture (i.e. manufacture on the basis of gamma units and/or electron accelerators). Basis of the production program (Assortment policy) will act new innovative products for Russia (and in some cases and for the world):

    1) Concrete- polymer materials (CPM). The basic purpose of manufacture CPM is increase of durable properties on water resistance, resistance excited environments, frost resistance, durability, etc. Durability CPM is higher in 3-4 times than durability of initial concrete. Radiating modifying raises resistance of concrete arasing up to 10 times, and frost resistance up to 25 times. CPM are irreplaceable for special construction (bridges, the atomic power station, ports, skyscrapers, etc.). The comparative characteristic shows that the given materials allow to save considerably concrete (in 3 times) and steel (up to 50 %), as against traditional concrete. In Russia the analogue does not exist.

    2) Gypsum-Polymer and Phosphogypsum-Polymer materials. For practical application, the great value has high durability, allowing to reduce thickness of facing plates and partitions. High moisture resistance, corrosion stability and resistance in variable damp temperature conditions allow to apply them to external facing buildings. High resistance to erasing allows applying plates as a covering of floors. The technology allows utilizing Phosphogypsum waste products. In Russia of analogue does not exist.

    3) A facing bar. Any figure can be set to a product; potential customer (from any point of the world) can order (via Internet) any figure of a facing bar (for example, a photo of the beloved) and/or any art composition; the product will possess higher physic mechanical properties (the bar is not beaten, has small weight, is more thin ceramic), than traditional ceramic bars; the low cost price (2.5 $ at a commercial production) is below, than at traditional manufacturers of a ceramic bar that causes the high commercial margin (additional opportunities for formation and stimulating the demand); the technology is highly effective - so, exception of traditional process of drying and roasting allows to lower energy consumption in 70 times; Physical parameters of a bar (weight, small thickness) are a side benefit of our products at interaction with systems of selling and distribution; to commercial firms will operate more cheaply with our product, than with products of traditional manufacturers (competitors); is it is caused by economy of specific cost of transportation (on 1 square meter of a bars), storage expenses, handlings that leads to increase profitability at work with our products. The given product was successfully exported to Japan in the end - 80 to the beginning of 90 years (the skilled - experimental enterprise settled down in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk). Analogues in the world do not exist.

    4) ) The fibrous modified boards - are made from waste products of wood and/or a biomass of plants; a wide spectrum of application; they are characterized by high durability and hardness (as steel), low water absorption, small deterioration on deleting, stability to aggressive influences; the product is completely non-polluting and is not injurious to health of the person. Analogues in the world do not exist.

    5) The accelerator for maturing cognac spirits () - for twenty days our technology allows to receive 7* cognac. The accelerator does not contain any chemistry, completely natural. Analogues in the world does not exist..

    Distinctive feature of the given products is their ultrahigh physicomechanical and consumer properties.
    Besides it, it is possible manufacture of the modified parquet (it was applied to restoration of the Winter palace and Palaces of Peterhof), insulating tapes (maintains thermal impacts up to +400 degrees C), composite parquet (a new direction for the countries CIS), sports stock (for example, skis), sterilization of medical products (for example, cotton wool and bandage) - without significant financial investments on technological re-equipment. Also, we plan to make number research and development on improvement of the " technology" glass plastic pipes (they are eternal in use, maintain any pressure, racks to any excited environment, a product of " military technologies »), the plastic reservation, processing of metals (for example, training a rail), etc. The separate direction can act improvement of technology on full sterilization of meat which infected by the bird's flu or by cow furiousness (theoretically, only the radiating method can exclude danger of infection of people).
    In a basis of our offer are practical development of the doctor Kozlov J.D. (academician of Ukraine, academician of Russia, the honorary member of Academy of France; the professor; the author over 800 scientific works; the unique expert on the post Soviet space with experience of statement of radiating manufactures). The project has support of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Nobel prize winners and others) and regional universities. The project will receive tax privileges and the State premium. Inherently, the organized enterprise will be the most hi-tech company in the south of Russia.
    Cost of the project - not less than 4.7 million dollars. Region of accommodation is Russia, Volgograd-city.
