    Ein Deutsch-Taiwanesisches Symposium zum IP Recht wird am 25. Juni 2010, 9.00 Uhr – 17.30 Uhr, in der Handelskammer Hamburg stattfinden. Veranstalter sind die Deutsch-Taiwanesische Juristenvereinigung und die Handelskammer Hamburg unter Mitwirkung des Ostasiatischen Vereins, Hamburg, sowie des vom Hamburger Justizsenator unterstützten Vereins Rechtsstandort Hamburg e.V..

    Im Anschluss an das Symposium findet ein Senatsempfang im Rathaus statt.

    Neben prominenten Vertretern der taiwanesischen IP-Rechtspraxis und Rechtslehre werden auf der deutschen Seite u.a.

    Prof. Dr. Peter Meier-Beck (Richter am BGH)
    Raimund Lutz (Präsident des Bundespatentgerichts)

    sprechen.

    Invitation to the German-Taiwanese IP Law Symposium in Hamburg on 25 June 2010
    A German-Taiwanese IP Law Symposium will be held in Hamburg on 25 June 2010 with high profile speakers from Germany and Taiwan, including from the German side

    Prof. Dr. Peter Meier-Beck (Judge at the Federal Supreme Court),
    Raimund Lutz (President of the Federal Patent Court).

    Time: 25 June 2010, 9:00 - 17:30, followed a reception at the City Hall.
    Place: Hamburg Chamber of Commerce (Handelskammer)

    The detailed program and the application form can be downloaded on the websites of the German Taiwanese Lawyers Association (http://www.dtjv.org) and the German Federal Bar (http://www.brak.de).

    Participation is for free. Application deadline: 8 June 2010.
