  is anyone, especially in europe, aware of the "Orphan Works Act", initiated by corporate lobbyists in america?
  
  the "Orphan Works Act" is a major thread to creators/authors/copyright owners worldwide by installing a "trojan horse" in order to legally disposses them of their intellectual property.
