  Glossary of IP Terms

  Good morning, Bonjour, Buenos días, Buon giorno, Guten Morgen
  
  I have just published a glossary of intellectual property terms and expressions on my blog at http://ipyorkshire.blogspot.com/2008/10/glossary-of-intellec... which, I hope, may be of use to members of this group.
  
  It is written from a UK or to be more precise English and Welsh perspective and contains terms such as "Patents County Court" and "design right" which apply only to our jurisdiction. But I have also tackled others such as Berne Convention and UDRP which apply everywhere.
  
  Can we have similar glossaries in French, Spanish, Italian, German and other major languages please?
