A really good resource for those who do not already know it is IPR Helpdesk a sort of joint venture between the Universities of Alicante and Cracow in Spain and Poland and EURICE (European Research and Project Office GmbH) of Germany. The English home page is http://www.ipr-helpdesk.org .

It publishes a really good weekly newsletter which it distributes by email. This week focuses this week on R & D in China, the Portuguese presidency's programme for the next 6 months and the latest decisions from the European Court of First Instance.
