Greetings from Berlin!
Hi everyone and many thanks for letting me join the Intellectual Property and Patent & Trade Mark Protection Group!

My name is Grégoire Marino, I am 26 and I currenttly live in Berlin.

I recently graduated from the LLM – Innovation, Technology and the Law of the University of Edinburgh, which focused on Intellectual Property, Competition and Media Law.
Before that I followed a double degree course – politics, philosophy and economics in Europe - in Science Po Lille (France) and at the University of Kent in Canterbury (UK) and I worked in the music industry in Berlin for two years.

I am now doing a full-time internship in as Junior Project Manager (which ends up in a couple of months) in a Berlin-based company named Serviva.
Serviva is a young Intellectual Property Management Company with a diversified customer base, from young technology start-ups to bigger DAX-quoted enterprises.
For them, I perform many different patent-related analyses for our clients and I am involved in the commercialization and licensing of patents and trademarks.

I am also a new contributor to the blog IPFINANCE “where money issues meets intellectual property rights”, which is the “smaller brother” of the more famous IP blog IPKAT.com.
