    for our customer we are looking for a European Patent Attorney (m/f) for a permanent position in Switzerland.

    Your Duties:
    • Counseling business unit managers with respect to intellectual property matters
    • Managing docket and workflow for a patent portfolio­
    • Rendering opinions on patentability, freedom to operate (patent clearances), and intellectual property enforcement and infringement matters
    • Conducting computer based intellectual property investigations and research
    • Assessing new concepts for patentability and drafting and/or administering the filing of original patent applications ­
    • Supervise outside counsel in preparing and prosecuting international patent applications­
    • Negotiate intellectual property agreements­


    Qualification:
    • Registered US Patent Attorney, German or European Patent Attorney­
    • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or physics­
    • Good relevant experience in intellectual property law­
    • Language Skills: Fluent in English­
