Nicolas Sarkozy does not sign the documents for the London agreement
Is it intention or just lazyness/holiday mood? Nicolas Sarkozy did not sign the documents for the London agreement, yet. Therefore, the London agreement cannot enter into force. Does anyone have more news on htis? When will the documents be signed and sent to Berlin?
