  Swiss Style Claims

  I have just posted a case note on Ranbaxy v AstraZeneca to my IP/IT update blog on the construction of Swiss style claims:

  This is a short but interesting case and one that does not discuss second medical use for a change. The case note links to Kitchin J's judgment and also to the Court of Appel's discussion of Swiss style claims in Actavis v Merck.
