Switzerland : exclusivity and passive sales

I'm presently working for Swiss professional buyers. I need help on patent regulations in Switzerland , especially regarding exclusivity and passive sales issues, "épuisement national" and related topics.

Who can advise me on this subject? French speaking would be nice, english or german fine too.
