I hope that I can contribute an interesting hint towards a book that has for a long time in Germany been unavailable:

Theodor Herzl´s "Philosophical stories" (1900). Now it is revised, hardcover and with volume paper, with a foreword by Prof. Hanni Mittelmann, Director of Austrian Centre, Jerusalem
