  African IT and Networking

  I have two interests relating to Africa. One of my companies, Interactive Ideas, is the largest linux distributor in the UK. Having visited Ghana recently I found that many of the financial institutions are contemplating a move to linux so we have tied up with a local software distributor there and are considering a joint-venture.
  
  A second company of mine runs this site http://www.afrotalk.biz which is an online business networking site which has only just been launched and we are looking for local partners in each country.
  
  I also have a private interest in development projects and helped fund-raise for a community healthcare clinic in Northern Ghana and am now helping another charity with a micro-lending project in Congo.
