  This is Christian S. Winter - I am a German student currently doing research about "Offshore Outsourcing" with T-Systems International esp. to India. My fields of interests are the global division of labour in IT and how IT can contribute to develop a country. I'd like to know more about the needs of Africa on their way to catch up with IT in other continents - and which steps they can skip.
