    Let me introduce myself: an independent and innovative ICT Development Consultant
    I am a self-employed development consultant with focus on the telecom and IT sectors.
    Both in asessing and monitoring infrastructure and system projects and in planning and implementing capacity building projects (competence, management, and organisation development).
    I am mainly working in international development projects, often in the capacity of Project Manager or Team Leader.

    I have been on assignments in numeorus countries in Africa, Asia & Middle East, and Europe.

    One main interest is the use of new technologies and services for the development of man and society.
    Meaning, in many developing countries, to reduce the digital and communication gaps, as well as promoting democratic and social development.
