  Hope for new DTT Germany/United Arab Emirates

  According to people familiar with the situation there will be a new round of "last minute" negotiations at december the 22nd and 23rd. Discussions just about before x-mas raise substantial hope for a new treaty, or at least, an another prolongation of the existing one.
